Composed of three phases, where the client decides how far he wants to go.

A survey of the organization is the first step needed to find out the situation. From there proposals arise to raise the level of Security, if deemed necessary.

We understand that a new look based on security recommendations, without involvement in daily management, or links with members of the organization, provides a different and objective point of view, thus constituting the first phase.

The second phase of this service consists of implementation of the proposed measures, accompanying the process, training and implementing necessary adjustments.

Finally, in the third stage, in case the client opts for the complete service, a permanent audit schedule is established following a model of continuous improvement, where the agreed reports nourish the organization.

RISK ANALYSIS

It consists of evaluating the risks of certain business operations or processes.

It´s limited to an important aspect of the business.

The service concludes with a report detailing the methodology used, the risk levels and the risk management strategies weighing a cost-benefit ratio.

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL NORMS AND STANDARDS

It seeks to bring the security level of the organization to compliance according to international standards such as ISO – BASC – C-TPAT – OEA etc.

A work program is established, gradually guiding the organization to reach the indicated standard.

PREPARATION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND WORK SUPERVISION

We provide technical support in preparation of bidding documents for infrastructure security sites. We monitor the progress of the work; control the quality of the materials according to established specifications, reporting permanently to the client.

FIGHT AGAINST PIRACY

Through the monitoring of an objective market or surveys of previously defined zones and areas, we identify counterfeit markets, falsified products, smuggling routes, and sites for storage and distribution.

We collaborate with the organization in surveying aspects related to brand protection, through field surveys, Mystery Shopper or tailored reports of specific situations required by the client.

FRAUD PREVENTION

In every organization there is a risk associated with its activity. Only the detailed analysis of the processes and correctly implemented countermeasures can prevent the occurrence of fraud cases.

OAS Security Certification: The corresponding security requirements must be met according to the position and activity within the import/export logistics chain and the corresponding manuals must be provided for:
